For some reason the judge ignored the "AD 3017" part of the title. Not sure why, as it speaks to the slightly surreal futurism of the architecture. For me this photo puts me in mind of the film Blade Runner. In actuality it's a multi-storey car park, but I don't think knowing that aids the viewing.
